In order to participate in the lottery, all the data indicated by the form as “Required” must be provided. The participant is responsible for any changes to this data, especially the e-mail address.
All persons living within Europe are eligible to participate. Excluded are Okuma employees, dealer and authorized representatives of Okuma. Winners under the age of 18 need the consent of their parents.
Participation is only accepted via Internet. Only participants who follow @okumaeuropegmbh on one of the specified social media channels are eligible to win. Participation is in no way dependent on the purchase of products and/or services from Okuma. By entering the lottery, the participant agrees to the rules of the lottery. Participation is possible within the times specified in the conditions of participation.
The lottery runs from the 1st to the 24th of December, with each day being a separate lottery and prizes. The participation period begins at each day at 00:01 am and ends at 23:59 pm. The winners will be determined by a random generator.
In total, 24 lottery’s will be held, with each day being a lottery. The number of prizes varies per day and will be announced on the day of the lottery. There is no right to cash payment.
The winners will be notified by email within two weeks after the lottery.
The competition is subject exclusively to German law.
The prizes will either be handed over personally (upon presentation of an identification document) or sent to the address provided after the prize announcement. If the winner does not respond within 2 days of notification, he/she shall forthwith relinquish any right or entitlement to the Prize.
Okuma Europe GmbH reserves the right to cancel or stope the contest at any time without notice. This is especially true if the lottery cannot run as planned for any reason, such as software and/or hardware failures and/or other technical and/or legal reasons that influence the administration, security, integrity and/or regular and proper execution of the lottery. In such cases, Okuma Europe GmbH also has the right, at its discretion, to modify the lottery.
To participate in the lottery, personal data must be provided. The participant agrees that the data provided by him/her will be collected, processed and passed on to Okuma Europe GmbH. Should a provision of the participation conditions be or become ineffective, then the effectiveness of the remaining provisions will remain unaffected. In such a case, the organizer and the participant shall be obliged to cooperate in the creation of provisions, which come as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
