Genos L3000-e (MYW)

The latest in the GENOS L series of lathes feature an integral spindle for powerful, high precision CNC machining. These one-saddle lathes are stronger, smaller and ideal for cutting a wide range of exotic materials with ease. The integral spindle motor provides increased machining capacity as highly rigid guideways handle powerful cutting capabilities. These highly evolved horizontal lathes deliver turning, optional milling capabilities and an optional Y-axis in a compact footprint.

Genos L2000-e (Mx380)

The GENOS models are offered as a package version in ready-to-rotate and include as standard a motor spindle, NC tailstock a motor spindle, NC tailstock, hollow clamping device, chip conveyor, coolant pump, dialog programming and mold and tool monitoring system. The adapted Okuma OSP-P300LA-e top CNC includes the full range of from the hardware to the software functions of the LB series. The GENOS models are available in available in many variants, whereby the basic models are equipped with powered tools/C-axis are equipped. In addition
Y-axis is also available as an option.

This new, next generation, 5-axis vertical machining center, is specifically designed to manufacture high precision parts and deliver impressive metal removal rates in a compact design. Its solid double-column structure, full 5-axis simultaneous control and thermal stability performance give it the ability to easily cut a variety of materials. The GENOS M460V-5AX features trunnion construction that offers exceptional accuracy, rigidity and table rotation speed. The spindle produces less vibration and power loss at the tool tip for outstanding surface finishes and metal removal rates. This affordable, 5-axis machine, provides high productivity and profitability in a small footprint.

5-axis vertical machining center

MU-4000V-L

The compact 5-axis machining center already offers 15,000 revolutions for the standard spindle, a highly dynamic rotary/swivel table and, of course, the usual OKUMA precision in all axes. The innovative design principle also allows automation here, which does not restrict the accessibility of the machine.
